Having worked in senior management roles in the fashion industry in her first career, a cancer diagnosis caused Sara to explore the life changing benefits of nutrition and integrative medicine to assist her recovery and to stay well. The power of functional medicine led to a remission from cervical cancer for over a decade now, and led Sara to retrain as a nutritional therapist and naturopath to transform the lives of others as she had experienced first hand.
Sara has been forging a successful career in integrative medicine ever since, running a successful London private practice, wellness events and nutrition writing for various titles including The Daily Telegraph before joining the nutrition team at The Optimum Health Clinic and has held the Director position since 2019.
Sara offers her clients the knowledge that comes from being an experienced practitioner of functional medicine, plus the empathy and understanding gained from her own personal experience with recovery from a complex and serious illness.
